Duties: Drafts, edits and negotiates various contracts including CDAs, MSAs, Subcontracting Agreements, Intercompany Agreements, PA Agreements and Extension Agreements. Assist with improvements to Work Flow and implementing new process. Updates and maintains Contracts Database in SharePoint – inputs data, process reports, and implement new processes for database management. Facilitates integration of contracts Manages contract documents in SharePoint. Provides coverage for others in the department as needed. Administrative duties as needed to complete job duties. Performs other duties as assigned. Provides cross-functional support as required. Follows up with sales and clients to keep contract flow moving forward. Adjusts work hours as needed to meet client deadlines. Regular attendance and punctuality. Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
