Work You’ll Do
DRIVING BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION AND ON-GOING OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE FULL SUITE OF SAP SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS. MANAGING DAY TO DAY INTERACTIONS WITH EXECUTIVE CLIENTS AND SPONSORS. MANAGING AND DELIVERING COMPONENTS OF CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS THAT IDENTIFY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENT CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR LARGE COMPANIES. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, MANAGING TEAMS IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, PROCESS DESIGN (INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGN, FLOW MAPPING), PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING, DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES. DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS AT KEY CLIENTS; PARTICIPATING AND LEADING ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS. CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES. PERFORMING ROLE OF COUNSELOR AND COACH. ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING IN STAFF RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION ACTIVITIES. PROVIDING LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT FOR DELIVERY TEAMS AND STAFF IN LOCAL OFFICES. SYNTHESIZING OVERALL OPERATIONS STRATEGY BY ANALYZING A WIDE VARIETY OF BUSINESS SOLUTIONS. SELECTING THE MOST RELEVANT TOOLS/TECHNIQUES TO MEET SPECIFIC CLIENT REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS BUSINESS CASE, PRICING, OR COMPLEX FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETING AND REPORTING ON OUTPUTS.

Requirements
MASTER'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST ALSO HAVE THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE AGILE AND WATERFALL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PLANNING PROJECTS USING SAP BUSINESS PLANNING AND CONSOLIDATION (BPC), SAP INTEGRATED PLANNING (IP), SAP CLOUD PLANNING, AND SAP HANA OPTIMIZED PLANNING FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS; ANALYZING AND DOCUMENTING CURRENT-STATE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS TO SUPPORT PROJECT DESIGN OF FUTURE-STATE/TO-BE SYSTEMS,
PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS FOR SAP PLANNING PROJECTS USING SAP BPC, MICROSOFT OFFICE, AND MS VISIO;
INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT FULLY MEET CLIENT NEEDS USING MICROSOFT OFFICE, SAP ENTRERPRISE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT (EPM), ANALYSIS FOR OFFICE (AO), SAP BPC, SAP BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (BI), SAP ABAP, AND SAP HANA; TRACKING AND REPORTING ON PROJECT AND MILESTONE DELIVERABLE STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION OF UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS USING MICROSOFT POWERPOINT, ADVANCED EXCEL, AND SAP EPM DASHBOARDS; MANAGING DEVELOPMENT OF PLANNING INTERFACES INCLUDING, INPUT TEMPLATES, REPORTS, DASHBOARDS, PLANNING FUNCTIONS, CALCULATIONS AND DATA
