IN YOUR ROLE AS A CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE AGENT, YOU WILL:

• Provide an exceptional experience when assisting callers. You will seek opportunities to make meaningful connections with our clients and their customers, learning from those colleagues who exemplify company standards of excellence.

• Be an engaged member of the SCS Community as guided by SCS Core Values.

• Maintain accuracy and have strong attention to detail in every customer interaction and all written communications. Use proper spelling, grammar, and logical message composition.

• Multitask in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment.

• Maintain a record of responsible attendance by being present, professional, and reliable.

SCS AGENTS MUST HAVE:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a keen ability to communicate with diverse audiences via phone and email.

• Customer service experience in some capacity. In the interview, be prepared to share your perspective on what makes a great customer experience.

• The ability to multitask in a technology-driven environment operating at very fast pace.

• Experience working with a high-volume of incoming requests or calls is preferred.

• Fast typing skills, at least 50 words per minute. There will be a typing test before your training start date.

• Be able to dress in business casual attire as defined in training.

• Reliable transportation, personal or public, is a MUST.

COMPENSATION:

We start agents at $14/hour with potential for incremental pay increases when you have fabulous quality assurance results and when you consistently keep your full-time coverage hours.

Full-time employees receive partially-funded health care benefits and paid sick leave.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A MONDAY-FRIDAY JOB. THIS POSITION IS FULL TIME, 40 HOURS PER WEEK AND YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO WORK WEEKENDS. YOU WILL HAVE TWO DAYS OFF PER WEEK.

PART TIME AND SPLIT SHIFTS ARE AVAIALABLE.
