VP, Corporate Ethics & Compliance Officer
The candidate will be reporting directly to the Boards of Directors of the firm America Group operating companies and will be managing all aspects of the Ethics & Compliance Program. Will be varied and will include misconduct reporting and investigations; risk assessment and management; third-party due diligence; conflicts of interest management; policy development and implementation; training development and implementation for all manner of compliance-related topics; and auditing and monitoring compliance with laws, policies, and procedures. Preparing and delivering regular reports and presentations to Boards of Directors and senior executives at the firm Corporation and its subsidiaries. Working closely with the TAI legal and business teams, collaborating closely with the business, legal, and compliance teams at the firm Corporation and operating companies throughout the Americas. JD degree is preferred. Should have 10+ years of relevant compliance experience. Should have 2+ years of relevant leadership experience. Experience developing, scaling, and managing a compliance program is required.
