As a Lead Cloud Architect on the Voice Channel IVR Team you will be a part a team supporting over 55 million member and agent calls annually. We are seeking a Lead Cloud Architect who is smart, current on latest trends and technologies, curious, and loves the challenge of solving problems that improve our member experience and interactions with Humana. Our solution uses micro services and cloud technologies to deliver an experience that strives to be industry leading. You'll collaborate with a fun and close-knit agile team to architect, implement, test and continuously deliver new features and products to our customers.

The Lead Cloud Architect is responsible for leading the planning, design, and engineering of enterprise-level infrastructure and platforms related to cloud computing. The Lead Cloud Architect works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

The Lead Cloud Architect performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications for cloud computing environments. Develops specifications for new IT cloud computing products and service offerings. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT

10 or more years of technical experience

4 or more years of project leadership experience

5 or more years of prior Architect experience

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Cloud Architect Certifications - preferably GCP and Azure

Extensive Demonstrated DevOps knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

Security certifications

Masters degree
