Duties: Provide significant HIPAA privacy and related regulatory guidance and oversight. Lead key initiatives and activities related to the development and implementation of the privacy program including workforce training, procedures, monitoring, controls, risk mitigation planning and other privacy program activities. Manage and drive privacy projects, including: HIPAA risk assessments, HIPAA audit readiness, systems and process review and documentation, and data breach response. Grow and represent the privacy program in customer-facing engagements Respond to customer assessments and audits. Provide HIPAA subject matter expertise for data de-identification standards and data projects. Create and/or manage online and live privacy awareness training. Provide incident response strategy services and serve as the first responder for privacy incident response. Develop and manage the Privacy-By-Design program.
