The candidate will perform duties: handle regulatory filings, corporate board work and general administration. Assist with corporate entity licensing filing and renewals. Perform legal research of statutes and regulations and provide summaries. Draft and prepare contracts and agreements and other legal documents. Provide assistance to all operating groups within the Company’s organizational structure. Prepare SEC filing for the parent company and other regulatory filings for licensed entities. Assist with regulatory and compliance matters. Handle quarterly, annual and ad hoc Board work. Should have 5+ years’ experience working on regulatory matters. Must have 4-year College Degree is required. In-house experience is beneficial and Insurance/Reinsurance industry experience is also beneficial.
