Responsibilities
Act as IT liaison with business teams to consult, develop and implement technology solutions by taking business requests and translating them into actionable technology deliverables
Partner with stakeholder teams across business units (i.e. health, safety, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way
Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of regular status reports to all appropriate parties
Organize team for small projects using agile methodology (JIRA)
Collaborate with other IT teams within the organization to bring innovative technology ideas to business partners that drive better, faster, and more efficient ways to approach business problems
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: 1-year minimum IT experience is preferred
Skills: High level understanding of system development lifecycle and current technology trends; interest in current technology trends a plus (e.g. mobile solutions, wearables, emerging tech)
Communication: Effective and efficient communication with management and senior leadership teams
