The candidate should have NC Bar license in good standing. Entry-level through 3 years’ experience in private practice civil litigation. Must have strong legal analysis and writing skills. Ability to effectively delegate to staff is required. Practice in Federal, state, and/or bankruptcy courts is preferred. Familiarity with Federal and state consumer protection statutes (e.g. FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA) is desired.
