The candidate should preferably have a Tax background – LL.M. Should have 2-5 years of experience with tax-exempt organizations, estate planning, as well as nonprofit governance and transactional planning. Should be admitted to practice law in DC (or eligible to waive in). Excellent written and oral communication skills are needed. Should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Should have the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments in related practice groups. A strong academic record is required.
