Tableau Analytics Analyst

Our Operations Transformation team focuses on transforming our clients’ core business operations. We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions focused on “heart of the business” issues across federal, state, and local government organizations. We are looking for professionals who will use their deep sector knowledge and program management skills to work alongside our clients to bring best practices and manage their most important initiatives and projects.

Work you’ll do

The Tableau Analytics Analyst will support team leads in the development of measurement and analysis tools and reports. The developer should be able create technical solutions based on expressed business needs of the client by translating their requirements and finding innovative resolutions. Such tasks would involve creating Tableau dashboard reports, creating business intelligence reports and visualizations, and attending feedback sessions with client to improve systems. The person should have strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.

Support required meetings and forums to provide the stakeholders with increased visibility of planned activities and a forum that ensures project risks and issues are efficiently communicated & effectively mitigated. Communicate relevant project information to team lead and senior leadership; resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.

We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions focused on “heart of the business” issues in specific sectors including Health Care, Banking & Securities, Insurance, and Energy & Resources. The type of work we provide to our clients includes Operations Excellence, Payment & Care Model Innovation and Emerging Business Models.

Our clients seek a fresh perspective on how to create a flexible, innovative business model supported by a strong operations foundation. Professionals will use their deep sector knowledge and technical business operations consulting experience to take a more strategic view of our clients’ priorities, helping them to prepare for growth, embrace the digital agenda and maximize operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

3 Years of Experience creating Tableau Dashboards

2 Years Experience creating business intelligence reports

Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university

Ability to Obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred Qualifications

2 Years of Experience partnering with product managers

Strong Experience with Excel, and MSFT tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Active Public Trust Clearance

Diligent with Data Ownership
