The candidate will analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies. Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions. Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome. Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings. Should have Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for 2+ years is a plus. Should have 1+ years of experience representing clients in a law firm. Must currently be a member of their local Bar association - active member is preferred.
