Bilingual Spanish/english Legal Assistant (ft)
The candidate should preferably have paralegal experience, but willing to train the right person. Must speak Spanish and clear English. Duties include meeting with clients, taking intakes, and filing claims with WCB. Experience with Section 32s, settlements, and SLUs is a plus. Must be responsible and able to work independently. Hours are M-F 9 to 6; or 8:30 to 5:30. Must be bilingual in Spanish/English.
