Description
The Senior Channel Development Professional assists and supports the Commercial sales and clinical product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific Employer Group markets and/or business segments. The Senior Account Management Professional works across a multitude of assignments and is involved in moderately complex issue resolution across a broad spectrum of Commercial business/competitive issues.
Responsibilities
Location: work at home anywhere
The Senior Channel Development Professional plays a critical role in supporting Employer Group's growth initiatives in both the ASO and Fully Insured lines of business. This individual is considered to be the true Clinical Subject Matter expert across a broad spectrum of local Employer Group initiatives.
Provide clinical product support to assigned integrated ASO clients, including but not limited to reporting, member issues, file needs, communication requests, and annual meetings.
Prepare Plan Compass reports and provide comments and recommendations for client/broker meetings.
Monitor key trends in the market place for clients.
Assist with requests for custom reports and other data requests
Provide market communications for global issues, new products, vendor, and clinical policy changes
Support markets and client executives regarding clinical programs, products, processes and questions.
Track operational issues and work with Client, Employer Group, Account Installation and Clinical Operations, to drive to timely resolutions
Assists with Clinical RFP responses and reviews completion in support of Employer Group's Commercial business
Role could require 10-15% travel once covid restrictions are lifted
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
5 or more years of client facing and/or consulting experience
3-5 years or more of Account Management experience
Ability to present to all levels of the organization
Ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple accounts/projects
Strong analytical skills; written, verbal communication skills; ability to draft, prepare, and deliver presentations
Strong PC skills including web enabled technologies such as internet based applications; Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to interact with varying levels of teams and management
Desired Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience with clinical programs.
Experience with pharmacy
Experience with RFPs
