Compliance Program Manager
The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating internal and external stakeholders to execute appropriate actions related to governance of regulatory and compliance activities for the Microsoft Complete Program worldwide. Develop a strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements to operate the Microsoft Complete Program in all existing and new jurisdictions in which the Program operates. Become a valuable and reliable subject-matter resource for internal and external stakeholders with respect to the compliance status and requirements. Work with our legal team to develop a comprehensive understanding of the compliance regimes, and corresponding requirements, to operate the Complete Program in respective jurisdictions. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver on applicable compliance matters in a timely and professional manner to achieve established goals, objectives, and timelines mutually agreed upon between company and Microsoft. Manage the development of accurate Terms and Conditions for the Program in all territories, including facilitating translation services, approval requirements, and accurate publication and broadcast of such documents. Coordinate all Compliance Meetings with Microsoft and be responsible for the agenda, documentation (including presentations, supporting materials, and notes), and moderating such events. Manage adherence with standards, practices, and protocols established in the Master Services Agreement between company and Microsoft with respect to compliance duties and responsibilities. Manage, via appropriate tools and documents, all activities, deliverables, tasks, and projects related to compliance to ensure visibility, responsibility, and accountability internally and externally. Support and/or lead special projects, including legal and compliance research. Develop and maintain a repository of all legal and compliance documentation associated with the Program. Continuously improve the integrity of the Program. Continuously improve company’s execution of duties associated with compliance. Paralegal certification preferred. Must have Legal research and investigation skills. Insurance industry experience preferred. Should have excellent communication skills, spoken and written. Must have excellent presentation preparation and execution skills.
