Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel to companies undergoing financial difficulties, as well as lenders and creditors involved in complex business reorganizations, debt restructurings, and financing matters.
• Utilize court experience to effectively represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Offer strategic advice and collaborate with legal teams to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines in financial and restructuring matters.

Requirements:

• J.D. degree from a nationally recognized law school.
• Texas State Bar admission.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience, with a preference for debtor-side experience.
• Court experience in complex business reorganizations and debt restructurings.
