Medical Records Clerk
The candidate will provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness. Handle communication with clients, witnesses etc. Manage client interaction to facilitate communication. Locate and develop relevant case information. Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence. Assist team in gathering documents from clients. Answer and direct phone calls. Maintain contact lists. Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars. Translations (In-office and Out-of-Office). Draft basic forms (waiver of service, notice of hearings, request for citation, etc.). Experience with medical record retrieval required. Professional and pleasant demeanor required. Excellent communication and client interaction skills required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook and Excel required. Experience with medical record retrieval preferred. Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred. Needles experience preferred.
