The candidate prepares and reviews draft documents for attorney review and finalization, performs record searches, e-filing and recordings, UCC searches, orders title searches, reviews title commitments and surveys, prepares closing statements, checklists and critical date schedules, etc. as related to loan closings, purchase and sale of commercial property and assist with closings and other services related to the support of attorneys in the execution of their client needs. Experience working independently and in coordination with others on sophisticated real estate transactions will be considered.
