Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons, LLP seeks a 3-6 year Insurance Coverage & Litigation Associate in the Houston office. This position principally involves handling complex commercial property matters on behalf of major insurers, including construction defect issues. Candidates should have a working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure, and excellent advocacy and writing skills are a must. Litigation/appellate experience preferred, and previous experience with bad faith allegations is strongly preferred.
