Senior Director, Legal Counsel
The candidate will assume responsibility as contracts counsel for several of business teams, including the negotiation, drafting and management of all agreements relating to these lines of the business. Must have the legal skills, business acumen, and experience necessary to drive successful legal and business outcomes. Draft, review and lead negotiations on a high volume of contracts daily, including third party vendor agreements, partnership agreements, marketing agreements and other commercial agreements,. Work with external counsel wherever appropriate. Interface and collaborate with the legal department and other internal departments to provide legal advice on new initiatives. Special projects and other matters as needed to assist the legal department.
