Under the direction of the Student Recruitment Campaigns Team Leader and as a member of the External Relations team, you will contribute to the delivery and continuous development of a customer focused, cost effective and efficient student recruitment campaigns team. You will work closely with the Student Recruitment Campaigns Team Leaders to ensure the continuation of innovative activities to drive forward enquiries and applications to the University of Plymouth. Whilst working with teams across the University, this diverse role will assist with the delivery of communication plans, advertising schedules and creatives, social media plans and deliver publications. Other areas will include assisting with student led content creation, working with our digital and content team on website development and continuous researching of the market and our competitors. Combining strong marketing, technical and creative skills, you will also support the team leader with the integration and continuous development of our customer relationship management (CRM) system. You will have experience working in a marketing or technical function environment as well as working with CRM systems and email marketing. You will be working as part of a team and managing high workloads so you will have effective verbal and written communication skills and be capable of prioritising workloads and delivering to deadlines. Experience of proofreading and copywriting for marketing purposes across digital and print is essential. A creative degree or experience of design within a work environment is also essential.
