Polsinelli, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, has an immediate need for a highly-qualified and motivated junior to mid-level associate in our Nonprofit Organizations practice in our New York office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. Candidates should have a strong federal tax background with at least some exposure to tax-exempt organizations. An LLM in Tax is preferred. This attorney will focus on a wide variety of issues facing tax-exempt organizations and be given the opportunity to work directly with clients. Undergraduate degree in business, finance or accounting is a plus. We have a dedicated, sophisticated, national nonprofit practice representing some of the largest and well-known charities, foundations, trade associations and hospital systems in the country.
