The candidate will help manage brands' intellectual property portfolios as well as advise brands’ marketing, merchandising, product design, online, and social media teams on a variety of issues. Additionally, will manage intellectual property disputes and litigation. Work with other attorneys and paralegals to support **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s global trademark portfolio, including prosecution and enforcement. Determine and recommend appropriate action, negotiate resolutions of registry conflicts, and prepare settlement and co-existence agreements. Advise on legal clearance of advertising and marketing materials, product claims, promotional offers, contests and sweepstakes, social media, and product designs. Support the drafting and negotiating of marketing, sponsorship, co-branding, licensing, and creative services agreements. Provide strategic advice to business partners on business initiatives and issues; proactively identify potential liability and reputational risks and collaborate with business partners on creative and practical solutions. Manage and drive effective resolution of advertising, trademark and copyright claims and litigation. Manage complex legal matters and participate in cross-functional teams and projects. Direct the work of paralegals and manage outside counsel.
