The purpose of this position is to: Administer, direct, and manage the resources for Fluor\u2019s Security Awareness and Training program. Responsible for the vision, development, and execution of all Security training services, including detailed best practices. Coordinate with Security Program Managers to meet program-specific training requirements and enhance overall security awareness. \u2022 Manage the training records for the Security Awareness and training program ensuring compliance with NISPOM, ICDs, other government policies and other contract \/program requirements. \u2022 Develop and produced security training briefings, videos, as well as hard copy and electronic material. \u2022 Distribute and track all training material to and from employees. Created and presented orientation content for new hires to be in line with business policies and in compliance with government regulations. \u2022 Conduct Security Education \/ OPSEC, Training and Awareness Program: indoctrinations, debriefings, annual refresher training, and foreign travel, espionage, cyber security, special assess, and other briefings.\u2022 Develop resource requirements for the program to be included in budget. Make appropriate arrangements to carry out requested security briefings\/training sessions at home offices and project locations. Develops security briefings, conducts training needs analysis, liaison's with the Defense Security Service (DSS) academy, convenes, and conducts quarterly security awareness meetings, update security awareness products to maintain accuracy, schedules personnel to attend off site training and disseminates policy documentation, correspondence and training opportunities to the security community.\u2022 Develop, execute and manage Security Awareness events. Ensure the security awareness program meets all industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements. Interface with candidates, other Fluor organizations, and client personnel on security related matters \u2022 Assist Corporate Facility Security Officer and Industrial Security Department in ensuring compliance with DOD 5200.22-M - Defense Industrial Security Program, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Executive Orders, and client security directives.\u2022 Assist in supervising Fluor Industrial Security program. Perform quality assurance reviews of the security clearance process, to ensure that industrial security personnel with security clearance processing duties are in compliance with relevant US Government requirements, and organization procedures. Create, execute and monitor security policies and procedures to safeguard national security information \/ equipment and company \/ customer intellectual property.\u2022 Advise on Federal security regulations and procedures. Work with Contracts and Operations to ensure compliance with contract \/ subcontract security requirements. \u2022 Maintain security documentation and files in accordance with DSS and client requirements. \u2022 Conduct investigations \/ inquires, prepares reports and implements corrective actions for security incidents. \u2022 Involved with document control including in-\/out-processing of sensitive material and preparation of document transmittals and packaging; Issue courier authorizations. \u2022 Other duties as assigned
