The candidate will focus on patent prosecution, although they also assist with litigation and corporate matters that require technical assistance. Participate in the tuition reimbursement program for law school. Should have an electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, bioinformatics, biostatistics, or physics background, or equivalent experience, preferably MS or higher degree. Should have 2-10 years of patent prosecution experience. Should have academic credentials, and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
