The candidate will review attorney and paralegal time entries to make sure they are compliant with the firm's billing guidelines. Will prepare monthly prebills for attorney and Managing Partner review and revise according to feedback. Issue invoices and trust replenishment requests monthly. Process all Closed Matters, including issuing trust reimbursements. Maintain accurate financial records, and handle payment processing. Prepare monthly reports for Managing Partner review and meet with Managing Partner to review and confirm all monthly financials.
