Senior Contract Manager
The candidate will be drafting, evaluating, reviewing, managing, and tracking supplier agreements and aligning with OpenText legal standards. Researching global data protection laws and policies, reviewing privacy impact assessments, and other relevant data protection activities. Independently interpreting contractual clauses, and managing contractual disputes, including corrective action. Reviewing, managing and processing statements of work. Managing and administering the contract change order process; Managing the contract close-out procedure as applicable to established contracts. Reviewing, managing and transitioning all supplier contracts related to merger and acquisition transactions to ensure that all contracts are loaded into the OpenText contract repository, and set up for effective management and administration; Identifying risks and opportunities. Providing support to special projects or other areas within the team. Performing related duties as assigned.
