Job Overview: A law firm in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Corporate Debt Finance Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating, structuring, and documenting debt finance transactions, with a preference for expertise in representing private equity sponsors or lenders in leveraged buyouts and acquisition financing transactions.

Duties:

• Negotiate, structure, and document debt finance transactions.
• Represent private equity sponsors or lenders in leveraged buyouts and acquisition financing transactions.
• Provide legal counsel and support to clients in corporate debt finance matters.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate debt finance.
• Familiarity with negotiating, structuring, and documenting debt finance transactions.
• Experience representing private equity sponsors or lenders preferred.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Previous experience in an Am Law 100 law firm.
• Must have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (classes 2019, 2020, or 2021).
• FL Bar admission.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (classes 2019, 2020, or 2021).
• FL Bar admission.
