Associate Position, Capital Markets
The candidate should have five to eight years of experience handling substantive components of securities transactions including initial public offerings, follow-on public offerings, PIPE transactions, and/or SPAC offerings. Experience advising pre-IPO and public companies on compliance, governance, and securities filings, including 34 Act filings, is preferred. Must have demonstrated transaction and experience working with exchange-listed companies, representation of underwriters and issuers, strong interpersonal skills, work well in a team, be detail-oriented, and be self-motivated.
