Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator
The candidate will be coordinating the development of profiles of prospective candidates; researching and identifying specific candidates and groups within each profile. Coordinating a proactive, creative strategy for contacting individuals and managing strategy accordingly. Coordinating interviews for Partner and Counsel level candidates, including scheduling and confirming interviews, distributing schedules, monitoring correspondence, and obtaining feedback. Assisting in the facilitation of firmwide Lateral Partner recruiting meetings along with the preparation and circulation of supporting materials. Ensuring candidates and internal stakeholders receive a high-value experience at all touch-points throughout the recruitment process. Entering and maintaining candidate information in the legal recruiting software (ViRecruit). Creating and updating sourcing lists in Leopard Solutions. Collaborating with administrative departments on onboarding and integrating new hires. Should have 2+ years of related experience in a law firm including experience supporting all aspects of recruiting lifecycle.
