Duties: Reviewing and obtaining approval of contractual documents and adherence to company policies and acceptable risk positions. Submitting invoices for payment and conducting cash collection activities. Maintaining keen attention to detail. Establishing and managing company contractual records. Actively support diversity and inclusion through seeking out and including diverse opinions and perspectives. Commitment and energy to meet customer needs and completion timeframes. Negotiation of supporting documents such as non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements, teaming agreements, memorandums of understanding and other agreements. Assisting with the Implementation, data entry and generating tracking reports from financial and contracts management systems.
