Participates in training outreach on legal issues. Conducts legal research and analysis. Performs other duties as assigned. Should have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney in a healthcare-related setting. Litigation experience desired. Knowledge of healthcare law, corporate law, and business transactions law. Admission to the Job ID: 35769State Bar association is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, and projects and display flexibility in a fast-paced and changing work environment. Proven ability to engage multiple constituencies with dignity and respect. Technical proficiency in Word and database management.
