Job Title – Patent Litigation Practice Chair

Salary/Package - $600,000 - $1million+ Basic salary + bonus/package (dependent on portable book/experience)

Location – Firm is based in New York but open to candidates working remotely across the US 

Responsibilities:

• Developing strategies for intellectual property matters in district courts, the Federal Circuit and the ITC


• Handling all aspects of patent litigation, including pretrial, fact and expert discovery, motion practice, jury trial practice and post-trial,


• Assessing client’s individual business practices to assist with individual needs and favoured outcomes


• Providing counsel on infringement, validity and patentability issues, and litigating patents in federal district courts


• Significant additional experience and success with IPR matters related to underlying litigations.

Candidate Requirements:

• 7 years+ Patent Litigation experience


• $1.5 million+ Portable Book with strong growth potential


• Any type of Patent Litigation focus area(s) considered (Mechanical, Electrical, Biotechnology, Semiconductors, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Software etc)
