Duties

• Handle litigation matters related to construction disputes
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations
• Advise clients on construction law and risk management strategies
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies
• Manage discovery, depositions, and trial preparations

Requirements

• 2–3 years of general litigation experience, with a focus on construction litigation
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to handle multiple client matters efficiently and effectively

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida State Bar (required)
