The candidate will maintain proper staffing needs for Greenville office, to include recruitment, selection and placement of qualified employees. Coordinate the onboarding and orientation of new employees, and ensure ongoing motivation and counseling to staff as necessary to achieve desired productivity results. Ensure employee enrollments and updates processed accurately. Pay monthly billings; and assist with day-to-day questions. Ensure HRIS system is updated, and information properly submitted for payroll. Participate in firm-wide employee and strategic initiatives. Should have Bachelor’s degree of Science degree in Human Resources; Business Administration or related field. Should have 5+ years previous human resources, business management experience. Law firm experience preferred.
