The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with clients in the software, telecommunications, health care and biotech, financial services and cannabis industries. The successful candidate will also receive extensive training and mentorship and the opportunity to develop his or her own practice. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of transactional experience and strong academic credentials. Large law firm experience preferred.
