Insurance Defense Litigation Associate –– Concentration In Construction Litigation
The candidate' will have hands-on, autonomous, position with heavy defense litigation. Preferably a strong focus in Construction Litigation. Additional experience in transportation, products, and premises liability will also be considered. Bar required. Must have 3 – 5 years insurance defense experience, experience with billing hours, the ability to communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and all levels of management.
