Responsibilities: Calendar deadlines in centralized docketing software (CourtAlert). Provide both Filing and Efiling Services to all of New York Attorneys and Nationwide as needed. Monitor and respond to requests sent to docketing inboxes. Keep current with court rule updates. Perform other tasks as requested by Docketing Manager. Assist with Answering Calendar Calls in the Courts. Responsible for delivering courtesy copies/working copies to the Court. Arrange pickup of various documents for Attorneys (Certificates of Good Standing/Apostille/Notary Flag). Participate in regular department meetings.
