The candidate should have solid academic background (top law school or excellent grades). Must have 5+ years of experience at a reputable large or small firm. Active CA Bar membership in good standing is required. Must have experienced in handling complex professional sports claims. Should be able to manage a full caseload of workers' compensation cases of varying degrees of complexity. Past experience with professional sports cases is desired. Job duties include, opening new files, creating litigation plans, conducting discovery, making court appearances and client interaction.
