Professional Liability Associate – Dallas Office

“Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons, LLP seeks a 3-5 year Professional Liability Associate in our Dallas office. This position principally involves handling litigation matters, including trial or alternative dispute resolution, negotiations, experience involving actions before professional regulatory bodies, with a heavy emphasis on defending allegations of error or omission by design professionals, lawyers, accountants, real estate professionals and insurance specialists, among other professionals. Candidates should have a working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure as well as experience handling depositions, hearings, and reporting to insurance carriers. Excellent advocacy and writing skills are a must.
