The candidate under the supervision of the General Counsel, will partner and assist the team with the following: Negotiate, draft and review commercial leases. Advise on water law matters, negotiate water agreements. Review title, survey and due diligence reports including ESAs, PCAs and zoning reports. Negotiate construction contracts including AIA agreements.Assist with real estate entitlement applications. Manage and effectuate closings for asset and equity based transactions. Negotiate, draft and review real estate development agreements and easements agreements. Counsel on other real estate related matters, including eminent domain, boundary disputes, HOA CCRs requirements and compliance, and land use.
