The candidate will handle duties : assist in providing tax compliance and consulting services to our high net worth clients. Significant knowledge of taxation related to personal income, estate and gift tax and wealth retention strategies, as well as taxation of entities owned by business owners (partnership and corporate taxation), is required. Executive presence and ability to act as primary client contact for preparation and presentation of issues and resolution to clients. Must have Bachelors degree in Accounting or other relevant field. Masters degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred. Addition Juris Doctorate (JD) or Masters of Laws (LLM) in Taxation strongly preferred. 7 or more years of public accounting and private client services experience required. Public accounting experience working in the private client area preferred. CPA or Licensed Attorney required. CFP or Masters in Tax preferred. Experience with Gosystems and BNA Tax Planner preferred. Some experience with the Microsoft office suite and should have excellent oral and written communication skills. Should have basic knowledge of fundamental accounting, finance and tax principles. Must have General accounting knowledge and basic to intermediate tax knowledge. Capable of effectively developing and maintaining client relationships. Executive presence and ability to act as primary client contact for preparation and presentation of issues and resolution to clients.
