Duties

• Support clients in navigating complex regulations across various jurisdictions.
• Partner with clients on strategic investments and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in capital markets or public company representation.
• Experience with cross-border matters is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
