This position is primarily dedicated to creating an experience for the resident from move-in until move-out and beyond. This position will focus on resident retention and engagement through organized events and special opportunities. They will also manage all social media accounts, online reputation and encourage participation at all events. This position will also focus on employee retention and engagement. Create a quarterly volunteer or charity event to be hosted at the community. This can be a drive that everyone participates in or a charity event that happens at the community. Blood Drive, Humane Society, Local Food Bank, etc. Research, initiate and plan events that encompass the surrounding communities and initiatives to connect the residents. Schedule monthly gathering for new residents to get to know them better and gather feedback on events that would interest them. Give information on the area and provide a contact beyond the Concierge that can assist them. Follow up with Resident Service Coordinators monthly on overall satisfaction of move-ins. Ensure all issues have been addressed. Review Kingsley Satisfaction scores monthly and report results and action plans to GM. Monitor social media posts and reviews. Provide summary report to GM monthly. Organize resident functions including parties and newsletters to ensure a consistent brand and message across all buildings. Plan and implement monthly employee meetings and/or events to foster a team environment. Provide excellent service to all residents, prospects and visitors to the community Organize all community events Create and distribute the community newsletter monthly to residents, team members and asset managers. Coordinate group instructor training. Oversee proper administration of vendor set up, insurance requirements and contract negotiations. Supervises and assists with setup and/or movement of equipment for the purpose of ensuring availability for special events, etc. Create new resident and renewal experiences. Meet, greet and interact with residents throughout the year. Become the point person for anything relating to resident retention and engagement. Education and Background: BA/BS in business, sales or related field, relevant experience or a combination preferred. Experience: 2+ years of customer service, 2+ years multi-family leasing experience. Experience in planning, hosting and promoting residential events a plus.
