The candidate should have 2+ years of experience working with recruiting software and supporting a recruiting function in a large law firm or other professional services environment. Should have a J.D., experience utilizing the viGlobal recruiting platform, knowledge of the attorney recruiting process, and 5+ years of recruiting experience. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required and prior experience as a manager or supervisor is preferred. The person selected for this position must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required; an Associate degree in office support services or equivalent is preferred. Must have strong time-management skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
