Clinical Coordinator- Elyria Endoscopy','190003VT','!*!Position Summary/Essential Duties:
Assesses the operational needs of the assigned area(s).
Devises plans for the safe, efficient operation of the assigned area(s).
Implements creative and accountable strategies for the operation of the assigned area(s).
Evaluates the operations of the assigned area(s).
Demonstrates competence in clinical practice within the assigned area(s).
Performs a comprehensive assessment reflective of the needs of the patient population and within the defined area of practice.
Analyzes and reports pertinent data.
Plans appropriate nursing care in collaboration with the patient, family, significant others, and/or other members of the health care team.
Implements a timely and accurate nursing plan of care.
Evaluates the nursing plan of care by evaluation of the patient’s response to nursing and healthcare team interventions.','!*!
Education/Expertise:-2year/Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required/ BSN preferred.-License/Certification State of Ohio-RN.
Required Credentials, License and/or Certifications:-BLS / ACLS required for hire.
Experience & Knowledge:
-1 Year leadership experience preferred.
-3 years clinical experience preferred.
-Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
-Must demonstrate excellent leadership qualities.
Special Skills & Equipment Knowledge:
-Basic computer skills required.
-Must demonstrate good oral and written communication.
-Good organizational skills.
-Ability to adapt to changing technology.
Endoscopy experience highly preferred.
