Employee Relations Business Partner
The candidate will report into the leader of the Employee Relations team and be part of the People & Places organization. Help support the company's approach to external trends and development. Execute on strategic changes for the company, support the workforce with complex performance concerns and workplace conflicts and assess and address org health and engagement issues, with consultation and support from more senior members of the team and managers. Manage a caseload of workplace conflicts and employee escalations at a level matched to the skills, working both autonomously and with others, including other members of the Ethics & Investigations team, the firm's HR Connect team, HR Business Partners, HR Legal and managers and employees. Work company-level and team priorities and projects, often in collaboration with the firm's People & Places Centers of Excellence. Build capability for managers and People & Places teams through individual cases and projects. MA or J.D. or equivalent experience is preferred. Should have 5+ years of Employee Relations or equivalent experience.
