Summer Associate Program

The summer associate receives assignments on a variety of litigation, healthcare, business, and regulatory matters representative of the firm’s practice areas. These diverse assignments are intended to introduce the summer associate to our various practice areas. The summer associates accompany attorneys to trials, closings, hearings, depositions, conferences, and other judicial proceedings. The mentors review the written work product, provide comments, and ensure that feedback is timely and thorough. Exceptional law students who have achieved the highest academic standing work from early June until late July. The summer program is purposefully limited, as its goal is to identify students who excel academically and professionally and evaluate their skills and judgments.
