Real Estate Tax Associate or Counsel
Candidate would be to review documents in connection with tax credit driven transactions, including loan documents, partnership and LLC agreements and structuring transactions to comply with requirements of the Code. Would have 2+ years of applicable experience with tax credit transactions including LIHTC, historic and new markets tax credits. Experience working with developers, lenders or investors focused on housing and community development is needed as well as knowledge of federal income tax provisions related to real estate and partnerships. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and strong academic credentials are required.
