The candidate reviews information and documents for accuracy and compares them to current property tax records, maps and other relevant data. Gathers documents and process paperwork required to provide clear title. Assists the title staff and attorneys by performing workload task assignments timely to maintain department efficiency. Must possess proficiency with all aspects of Word, Excel, and technology in general. Excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail, high degree of accuracy and excellent organizational skills. The ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
